New Aquisitions

At Coast Group we are always on the lookout for new opportunities. Our primary focus to date has been Devon & Cornwall. Whilst we are keen to remain focused here, we are also looking to branch out and are interested in acquiring new sites along the coastlines of Wales, Norfolk, Suffolk, North Yorkshire, Dorset and the Isle of Wight.

As our name suggests, our principle requirement is stunning coastal views and the UK coastline remains our primary target. We do however understand the value of a waterside setting and are equally interested in opportunities with estuary, lake or river views.

Other key criteria in creating the perfect holiday home include local amenities such as, walking, golf, sailing, watersports, fishing, tennis and fine dining.

We are currently in talks with a number of coastal hotels owners looking to maximize the value of their properties. If you fall into this category and believe development, conversion or restoration is the way to unlock the true potential of your asset but do not have the relevant planning or developer experience, we would love to hear from you.

We can offer a number of different deal structures from straight acquisition to Joint Venture partnerships allowing you the vendor as little or as much involvement in the whole process as you wish.
