1. Resort Manager

The Role
The Resort Manager will be responsible for overseeing the pre-opening phase and thereafter the overall management of the resort. Relevant experience is essential.

The suitable candidate would be an enthusiastic and hard working individual with the ability to motivate and inspire others. We expect all of our team to be friendly and passionate in life and work. The Salary
Starting Salary: £45k

2. Junior Development Executive

The Role
An exciting opportunity to work directly with Coast Group’s management team, assisting with planning, design & build, sales and marketing across a number of different developments.

The Suitable Candidate
Motivated graduate with a keen desire to join a dynamic property development company. Ideally will have background in either property sales and marketing or planning, design & build or both. Must be resourceful, enthusiastic and able to adapt to new challenges.

The Salary
Starting Salary: £tbc

3. Office PA / Office Manager

The Role
A fast-paced role working as a PA to Coast Group’s management team and managing the team’s busy office.

The Suitable Candidate
Ideally will have background in either property or development. Must be resourceful, enthusiastic and able to adapt to new challenges.
