We believe in working with planning authorities to find the optimum solutions for each of our sites and our passionate in our core objective to preserve and enhance the beauty of the coast and countryside. We listen to the views of local people and always engage in public consultation prior to submitting a planning application.

We are supporters of modern architectural design, but are also realists and appreciate the need to balance the local vernacular and landscape character of an area with our design aspirations. All our buildings are designed with a focus on the quality of the living spaces and are always informed by the history of a site and types of materials available locally.
