Oceanpoint

Formerly Preston House Hotel, Oceanpoint provides 16 luxury holiday apartments. Defying the dire economic climate, all 16 apartments were sold prior to practical completion of the project in December 2009 at a remarkable rate of over one a month.

The careful design and sumptuous finishing has set new standards for holiday homes in the area. Since opening in January 2010, Oceanpoint has been achieving peak week rents up to £2,300 and strong occupancy levels.
